The Litter of 2010
Update: 19th January 2011: Our last puppy has a lovely home near Stroud, going there on Saturday!
Update: 14th January 2011: We have one girl puppy looking for a home. Almost 9 weeks old. The lovely family that booked her have had to drop out.
Our latest litter of Retrizslas was born on November 11, 2010 at home. Cracker gave birth to 9 puppies of which 5 (not 6!) were boys. As of the 12th November all are thriving and the mother is in excellent condition. Cracker actually went for a one mile walk this morning - just a few hours after the last puppy was delivered.
We will keep this page regularly updated with news as they grow.
There is a small 30 second video on You Tube
of the new born pups being mothered by Cracker & Amber(click here). The pups are only 12 hours old.

The Litter of 2009
See
our puppies on YouTube at 5
days and 21
days old.
This litter of seven puppies was born on 7th June 2009. There were three
girls and four boys.
The pups have a unique character and appearance with the energy
and intelligence of the Vizsla and the family-friendly character of the
Golden Retriever. Fiesty is a good description for them. They have lovely
golden coats, slightly longer than the short-haired Vizsla. To find out
more about cross-breeding and the Vizsla and Golden Retriever breeds,
read this article.
Pups went to carefully-selected new homes from the end of
July 2009. We will be looking for experienced owners as we would hate to think
that any of these delightful pups could end up as rescue dogs. We do not
vaccinate our animals but use homoeopathic treatment. We also feed our
dogs mainly on raw meat and bones and would be delighted to find like-minded
new owners. Tails and dew-claws remain intact.
The pups were regularly checked by our local vet and were wormed before
going to their new homes.

A week or so later and very mobile.
By now they have the run of the garden and are creating havoc!
Now ready for new homes!
